I truly valued the friendly assistance Julia gave me when I faced some trouble with my order at Kinfill. She was super patient and helped me get my order sorted out. The cleaning supplies do a good job. That said, I'm not completely sold since I have one bottle that just won't spray.

"Outstanding Support from Customer Service"
I ran into a problem with my order because of the strikes happening in the UK. Royal Mail claimed they had delivered it, but I couldn't find it anywhere. The folks in Customer Service were super friendly and went above and beyond. While they looked into the issue, they just sent me a replacement order without me even having to ask! Truly top-notch support that goes hand in hand with the fantastic products. Big thanks to Kinfill!

Residing in Reykjavik, Iceland, I picked up Kinfill and I’m completely smitten. It’s super simple to use and the fragrance is amazing. Cleaning used to be a drag, but not anymore! "Reaching out to customer support about my order..."
Update: I heard back from customer service, and they’re keeping an eye on the package to track its arrival. It’s made it to the country, but it’s still not delivered, and it’s been a month since I made the purchase.

I reached out to customer support to check on my order status two weeks after it shipped. Turns out, my package had just left the facility and was in a totally different country! At this point, I have no clue if it’ll ever arrive. I’m giving them one more week to figure this out, but the tracking shows the package has been stuck in the same spot for over 10 days, so I’m not feeling too optimistic.
